Anti-Corruption & Compliance Agreement

EW LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT (THAILAND) CO. ,LTD is fully dedicated to comply with international as well as respective national laws of the countries we operates in. In order to conduct business according to all laws set forth in the Kingdom of Thailand it is understood that EW LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT ( THAILAND) CO. ,LTD, service providers and anyone doing business on behalf to complies with the applicable Anti­Corruption laws and policies stated in this document.

Anti-Bribery

EW LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT (THAILAND) CO.,LTD, service providers and anyone doing business on behalf shall not engage in briberies of any public officials, politicians parties, private sector employees or any other individuals and shall channel any payments to any person(s) through third-parties.

Facilitation Payments

EW LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT (THAILAND) CO.,L TD, service providers and anyone doing business on behalf are to ensure that no one engages in any facilitation payments to any public officials for the purpose of securing services and performances and shall not use third-parties to make facilitation payments on behalf.

Administrative Corruption & Fraud

EW LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT (THAILAND) CO.,LTD, service providers and anyone doing business on behalf are not to engage in Administrative Corruption and Fraud by using license and permits of any kind which are not legally obtained through the administrative procedures set forth in the laws of the Kingdom of ThaiIand

Gifts, hospitality, entertainment and expenses

EW LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT (THAILAND) CO.,L TD allows the exchange of gifts, hospitality, entertainment and expenses if they are:

- In line with relevant laws and culturally acceptable
- Given/promised/offered openly and unconditionally
- Given without expectation of retaining any direct business advantages
- In good taste but not offending any individuals and/or their sensibilities
- Properly/transparently recorded and documented

Any gift/hospitality/entertainment or expenses not meeting the above criteria is
prohibited and will not be accepted by EW LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.

By signing this agreement, the service provider and employee declares that he/she fully understands and agrees to conform to the above regulations. Any breach of the above regulations by he/she will result in the immediate termination of any business
agreement or employment and will be reported to authorities depending on the severity of the corruptive act.
